Hizmet Koşulları

By accessing or purchasing from Fjord, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using any product available through our website.

Products & Usage

Fjord provides digital products and game-related software that are delivered electronically. Products may require specific games, operating systems, or other software to function correctly. Product descriptions and requirements are provided on the respective product pages, and customers are responsible for reviewing them before making a purchase.

All Fjord products are used entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee that any product will remain undetected, safe from third-party anti-cheat systems, or functional indefinitely. Game updates, anti-cheat updates, patches, or changes made by developers can affect the functionality or detection status of a product at any time.

Fjord is not responsible for consequences resulting from the use of our products, including:

• Game or account bans
• Temporary or permanent suspensions
• Hardware bans
• Lost accounts, items, or progress
• Detection by anti-cheat systems
• Changes made by game developers or platforms

By purchasing a product, you acknowledge that these risks exist and agree that Fjord cannot be held responsible for actions taken against your account by a third-party game or platform.

Purchases & Refunds

All products sold through Fjord are digital products. Once a product has been delivered or access has been provided, the purchase may be subject to the refund conditions displayed on the product page or during checkout.

A ban, detection, game update, or other action taken by a third-party game or platform does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund. If you experience an issue with your purchase, you should contact Fjord support so the situation can be reviewed.

Sharing & Reselling

Products purchased from Fjord are intended for the purchaser's use unless otherwise stated. Sharing, leaking, reselling, redistributing, or providing access to purchased products to other individuals without permission may result in the termination of your access without a refund.

Third-Party Services

Fjord is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party game, developer, publisher, or platform unless explicitly stated. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Account Termination

Fjord reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website, products, or services if we believe a user has engaged in fraud, abuse, unauthorized redistribution, chargebacks, or other violations of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. By continuing to use Fjord after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms.

By purchasing or using a Fjord product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
