Refund Policy
Fjord - Quick and Undetected — last updated by the shop owner.
All purchases made through Fjord are for digital products, including keys, licenses, and accounts. Because digital products can be accessed and used immediately after purchase, refunds are subject to the following policy.
Activated Keys & Licenses
Once a product key or license has been activated, redeemed, or linked to an account, the purchase is considered final and is not eligible for a refund. Please make sure you have selected the correct product before activating your key.
Accounts
Once a purchased account has been accessed, logged into, or otherwise used, it is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund. This includes accounts where the customer has changed account information or credentials.
Before Activation
If you have purchased a key or account but have not activated, accessed, or used it, you may contact Fjord support to request a refund. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Product Issues
If you experience a technical issue with an unused or eligible product, please contact support before requesting a refund. We will attempt to resolve the issue where possible.
By purchasing from Fjord, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
